Eligibility for Returns

Returns can be requested under the following conditions:

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare and haircare products unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

Share your order number and details.

Once verified, we will promptly arrange either a replacement or a refund based on your preference.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are issued through the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was on our part.
